Microscopic imaging of neuro-capillary coupling in brain cortex (NIH R00-EB014879)

This collection is for the preservation and public dissemination of Lee Lab's digital research data, metadata and documentation, code, and publication files created and collected under the NIH National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering (NIBIB)-funded project "Microscopic imaging of neuro-capillary coupling in brain cortex" (NIH R00-EB014879). Optical coherence tomography (OCT) enables μm-resolution and high-speed imaging of tissue structure, facilitating a number of basic and clinical studies in ophthalmology, cancer biology, and neuroscience. Through the proposed K99/R00 program, we develop novel OCT-based technologies for μm-resolution imaging of tissue dynamics, especially in the brain cortex of a living animal.
