Abstract:: This flyer contains lyrics for songs sung by activists of the Movimento de Saúde da Zona Leste, a grassroots health movements, during a public protest at the Secretary of Health of the State of São Paulo in July 1988. Handing out lyrics sheets to their members was a common practice of grassroots movements to ensure an effective and organized public presence during protests.
