Abstract:
Strike rally at Indio labor camp which provides inexpensive shelter for fieldworkers; Chavez connects strike to history of California labor struggle. Organizing is being done to prevent Mexican strike breakers from entering the country. Includes information about grape harvest and areas of national distribution.
