 The article discusses the challenges on the international laws regarding the security and soveignty of the fish management of Arctic and Antarctic shelves. Topics include the negotiations between the international agencies about the political encounters on the marine life, development of an Arctic Treaty by the European Parliament, and the exclusion from the provision of the regarding the Arctic and Southern Ocean in the United Nations Law of the Sea Convention (UNCLOS).
