Abstract:: One of a collection of 3 colored lithographic caricatures of Austrian troops. Caricature of General Gyulai Ferencz, governor of the Lombard-Venetian kingdom during the Italian campaign in 1859. On the battlefield, the general sits on a gigantic chamber pot and distributes chamber pots to his soldiers. [See also: Les Croâtes Barboteurs; and La Panique.]
