Abstract:
Original unsigned sepia ink and wash drawing (attributed to Simonini); infantry are attacking around two standards with cavalry coming up from behind the wreckage of guns. One soldier thrusts his pike into an enemy trooper. In the left foreground and somewhat isolated in proportion to the rest of the composition, an officer with raised sword leads his staff foreward,
