Description

Abstract:
One of a pair of color aquatint plates by Charon after St. Fal; hussar dancing with young woman outdoors while another hussar looks on and a seated woman plays tambourine. [See also: La Gavotte].
Notes:
Small oblong folio, matted; margins trimmed, corners cut.
