Poem in three eight-line stanzas on recto; on verso space for stamp and address on right, letter with facsimile signature of Cassius W. Ranney on left offering copy of his book Liquor legislation, and offering his "Village Squire" postals; in upper left corner portrait captioned "The Village Squire".
At end of poem on recto: Unidentified.
