Broadsheet printed in pink and white on heavy glossy white paper.
On recto map of Oregon with "dry" counties white and "wet" ones pink.
Misspelled Latin motto on recto; all other text in English.
On verso eight-line poem beginning: To make Oregon right.
At head of poem on verso: "Woe unto him that giveth his neighbor drink."--Bible.
Poem promises the undersigned will vote to make Oregon dry on Nov. 8.
Place of publication from printers' union label on verso.
