At head of title: Price 5 cents.
At head of text: Composed and written by a dying soldier in Libby Prison, for the benefit of a crippled soldier.
"Original state of hymn published in Ohio in 1858, before there was a Libby Prison" ( information from Dr. Richard H. Hulan).
