The objective is to reflect on some constructive mechanisms that some ideas of territoriality and subjectivity, from a contemporary point of view, could help us to perceive. In order to do that, it proposes a critical reading of the poem “A Passagem das Horas”, by Álvaro de Campos, as well as excerpts of Livro do Desassossego, exploring the central Pessoa’s concept of sensation and analyzing some composition procedures. Considering that, in Pessoa, the aim is to conceive existential territories where exterior and interior coexist, proposing an intense interpenetration between external and intimate places, in a singular territorial dynamic, which creates the poem as a plan of sensations.</mods:abstract>
