Includes bill of fare for meal at Opera House on July 5, 1880 and list of committee members, including two aldermen and two councilmen.
Notes:
Issued sewn into illustrated lettered heavy pale blue paper wrapper; engraving on front cover of fringed textile, spray of leaves, landscape and sailing ship within double-line border; in lower margin: Engraved & copyrighted by John A. Lowell & Co., Boston, 1880.
Printed in black within red and gold horizontal bands on pages [1] and [4]
