- Oral history interview with Erik Carlson and Erik Gould about the Mashapaug Pond
community, Providence, R.I. Erik Gould, a professional photographer, and Erik Carlson,
historian as well as multimedia/installation artist, describe their work directing the
Gorham Documentation Project, sponsored by the Providence Preservation Society. The project
involved a complete review of the abandoned Gorham Company industrial site, based on
National Park Service standards for endangered historic properties.
