Abstract (displayLabel="Scope and content note")
Jennings's complete translation of Fernando Pessoa's Mensagem (Message) and Pessoa's Alberto Caeiro poems. Includes transcriptions of the Caeiro poems in the original Portuguese. Jennings tried to interest publishers in the Caeiro poetry as early as 1968, but apparently nothing came of it (see Correspondence). Jennings would later publish some of his translations in other forms.
