Description

Abstract:: In an effort to help tame the growing ecosystem of available bioinformatics software, we recently developed an open-source package manager, Bioinformatics Brew. Using simple text files to encapsulate build and install information for each package, Bioinformatics Brew can quickly install bioinformatics software on a laptop, on a computer cluster, out in the cloud, automating and simplifying the process for deploying complicated bioinformatics pipelines and applications.
