An Arbiter of Destinies", an envelope addressed to Mr. Dan Lorraine in Cranston, RI from Chelsea House Publishers, postmarked Oct. 31, 1994; a copy of a page with Egyptian motifs titled "Fantasy Crosswings I", and a note addressed to Dan Lorraine: "Dan, This just came from Steve Miller. Happy comparing! SM (?)".
