Notes and drawing on George Kirk stationery describing a mysterious house built circa 1700 and the lives of the family who lived in it. August Derleth later used these notes as his inspiration for The Watchers Out of Time, which he published as a "posthumous collaboration" with H.P. Lovecraft.
