Poem calls on Democrats to struggle; last two stanzas ask a tip.
Notes:
Printed in two columns divided by curvilinear line within architectural border of type ornament sections.
At center of top border vignette of eagle holding shield, olive branch and arrows; at head of side borders shield with ship, plow and sheaves, topped by eagle and supported by horses.
Poem in 12 six-line stanzas followed by two six-line stanzas in larger type below double rule.
