Gregorius Episcopus, servus servorum Dei, ad perpetuam rei memoriam", p. 1-4, 2nd count, and it's Spanish translation entitled "Bula de la fundacion del monasterio de las monjas de la Santissima Trinidad, del Orden del Cistel, en la ciudad de los reyes. Gregorio obispo, siervo de los siervos de Dios, ad perpetuam rei memoriam", p. 5-13, 2nd count, have separate caption titles.

Note

"Relacion sumaria de las escripturas de dotacion, y fundacion, que doña Lucrecia de Sanzoles, y doña Mencia de Vargas, su hija ...", p. 156-179, has separate caption title and gives a history of the monastery. According to Vargas Ugarte (Imp. peruanos, 39) the monastery was founded in Lima, in 1580 by doña Lucretia de Sansoles, the wife of don Juan de Rivas and Gregory XIII gave the confirmation to begin building.

Certification on p. 180-181, 2nd count, states that the only extant copy of the Lima, 1604 first edition was housed at the Camara del Secreto of the Santo Oficio [de la Inquisicion]. Neither Medina nor Vargas Ugarte give any holdings for the 1604 edition.
