Gregorio obispo, siervo de los siervos de Dios, ad perpetuam rei memoriam", p. 5-13, 2nd count, have separate caption titles.</mods:note>
  <mods:note>"Relacion sumaria de las escripturas de dotacion, y fundacion, que doña Lucrecia de Sanzoles, y doña Mencia de Vargas, su hija ...", p. 156-179, has separate caption title and gives a history of the monastery. According to Vargas Ugarte (Imp. peruanos, 39) the monastery was founded in Lima, in 1580 by doña Lucretia de Sansoles, the wife of don Juan de Rivas and Gregory XIII gave the confirmation to begin building.</mods:note>
