Abstract
Windmills in a country setting are the background to a monument with a bass-relief of Don Quixote centered on the top and inscribed underneath "El Ingenioso Hidalgo Don Quixote de la Mancha." Standing at the bottom of the monument are a jester and a warrior. Don Quixote's lance, shield and armor lie with scrolls and books on the pedestal of the monument.
