The A/B numbering occurs in chiV⁴, which replaces cancelled V1,2 (p. 305-308). Many copies are found with uncancelled V⁸, which in view of the plate numbering must be considered a defect; see ICCU holdings, including Bibl. Alessandrina copy with chiV⁴ inserted between V2 and V3; some copies also lack the index (a-d⁴)
