Alexander

Description

Abstract:
Alexander the Great, played by Daniel Gerald Donovan, '51, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Donovan of New Rochelle, New York, as he appears in the Sock and Buskin American premiere presentation of Lord Dunsany's "Alexander", October 28, 29, and 30 at the Faunce House Theater. The play is a poetic allegory, tracing the rise of Alexander as a conqueror and his final realization that he is not all powerful.
