- Paper in poor condition overall. Spots of discoloration. Evidence of attempts to repair lower edge with strips of paper. Folio is damaged in lower left of recto.

- Black ink on tan paper with black diacritical marks. Gilded red and green floral verse markers present. Evidence of attempts to clarify text in areas of loss that have been patched at a later date with black ink. "734" appears in pencil on recto.
