Includes The Housing Team Proposal (June 27, 2006), Infrastructure and Quality of Life Committee Proposal (June 28, 2006), Land Use and Zoning Committee Proposal (July 1, 2006), and the Economic Revitalization Proposal (July 2, 2006) covering a variety of different issues, ranging from a timetable for urgent infrastructural phasing to a need for more respect for the poor.
