- Complete bi-folio in fair condition overall. Some areas of loss along bottom edge and spine. Holes from binding visible. Some discoloration along outer edges. Evidence of attempts to repair spine edge with paper.

physical description
- Black ink on paper with red and black diacritical marks. No gilding present. Yellow ink ten verse markers consist of a Kufic hā' (c.f. Deroche "The Abbasid Tradition" chapter on illumination). Red and black circular five verse markers are also present. Extra marginal floral red yellow green and black illumination appears on verso of both pages. "1367-2" appears in pencil on verso of second page.
