The first 4 pages of the tablet comprise "The Lincoln Axiom Tablet" and bear images of his life and selected quotes printed on both sides of the page; the remaining pages are blank. Advertisements for Blair and its products are included on the inside front cover and each of the printed pages. The back cover has an ad for the Lancaster firm M. S. Falck Stationary.
