- Por entre os mais citados e referenciados investigadores pessoanos da "primeira geração", um nome teima em ficar remetido a um quase esquecimento: Petrus. Com este pseudónimo, ao longo das décadas de 1950 e 1960, o excêntrico advogado, tradutor, escritor e editor do Porto, Pedro Veiga, editou mais de 80 livros, monografias e panfletos, na sua maior parte dedicados a antologiar e divulgar a obra e o pensamento de Fernando Pessoa e seus heterónimos.

- Among the many referenced and revered academics who first started to research and publish the written work of Fernando Pessoa, one name tends to be cornered between oblivion and distrust: Petrus. Under this pseudonym, throughout the decades of 1950 and 1960, the eccentric Portuguese lawyer, translator, writer and publisher from Oporto, Pedro Veiga, issued more than 80 books and publications, most of them anthologies dedicated to reboot and divulge the work and mindset of Fernando Pessoa and his heteronyms.
