Abstract:: Apresenta-se neste artigo o manuscrito do manifesto político-literário O Bando Sinistro, publicado em 1915 por Raul Leal. Contando com a colaboração do futurista Santa-Rita Pintor na edição do manifesto, o autor ataca violentamente o político republicano Afonso Costa e seus apoiantes, originando uma reação por parte dos mesmos, que teria repercussões para o autor e indiretamente para a revista literária Orpheu.; The manuscript presented in this article is the political and literary manifesto The Sinister Gang (O Bando Sinistro), published in 1915 by Raul Leal. Relying on the assistance of the futurist painter Santa-Rita Pintor for the edition of the manifesto, the author fiercely attacks the republican politician Afonso Costa and his supporters, sparking a reaction with repercussions both on the author and, in an indirect fashion, the Orpheu literary magazine.
