- Movie: Bioluminescence when injecting coelenterazine directly in cortex (2/2)
- Abstract
- This is a movie showing bioluminescence in left primary somatosensory cortex in a mouse expressing the LMO3 molecule. Water-Soluble Coelenterazine (CTZ) by Nanolight was injected directly in the cortex. The concentration was 1μg/μl (2.34 mM concentration, volume 2.5 μl). The animal was anesthetized.
