    <mods:title>Movie: Calcium dependent bioluminescence when applying coelenterazine systemically through lateral ventricle and a calcium agonist directly in cortex (2/2)</mods:title>
  </mods:titleInfo>
  <mods:abstract>This is a movie showing Calcium Dependent Bioluminescence in a mouse expressing LMC4 in left primary somatosensory cortex. Water soluble Coelenterazine (CTZ) was injected in the lateral ventricle of the right hemisphere, while the calcium agonist (NMDA) was injected directly in cortex. The CTZ concentration was 1μg/μl (2.34 mM concentration, volume 2.5 μl). Bioluminescence was maximal when both CTZ and NMDA were present at the same time. The animal was anesthetized.</mods:abstract>
