Brain organoids are an important model of human brain activity as they provide in vitro reads of functioning human neurons. Utilizing biostatistical inquiry, we loaded in, processed, and analyzed multi-electrode array data collected on brain organoids, to explore molecular mechanisms of learning and memory formation and their computational potential. By directly observing function with our MEA interface, we were able to study real time neural activity.
