MATLAB script to simulate gold nanorod-mediated near-infrared neural stimulation

Description

Abstract:
This script produces the time courses of membrane temperature, capacitive current, TRPV1 channel current, and membrane potential, for a given set of inputs including the laser intensity and pulse width, by a selected neuron model.
