Abstract
BGP discretizes governing PDE's into finite-volume solver coefficients, which are projected onto a reduced basis. Includes tools to generate reduced bases in Matlab, as well as a modified quasilinear version of the MITgcm (MIT General Circulation Model), an open-sourced finite-volume solver (mitgcm.org/public/source_code). Finally, data analysis tools are also included.
