Abstract
The woman seated in the carriage wears a light bonnet and carries a parasos. She rides in a horse-drawn carriage attended by several servants. The man leaning over the carriage wears a fairly short and low waisted coat in black along with striped, tight-fitting pants, characteristic of a daytime outfit of 1855.
