<mods:abstract>
The aim of this paper is to identify any inadequacies in cybersecurity training, specifically regarding the training of executive leadership. To accomplish this, this paper will describe the FBI’s cyber security landscape and the current approach to cyber training. Through research and a series of interviews, I intend to identify what measures need to be taken to address the shortcomings in executive training.
