This booklet takes a look at the importance of mentoring for both sitting and aspiring principals nationwide. Developed in conjunction with the National Association of Elementary School Principals, the guide is designed specifically for school districts and other educational groups that are creating or refining their own mentoring programs and principals and aspiring leaders who are considering participating.
