- The document is a social audit report undertaken in Bijepur Gram Panchayat, Titilagarh Block, Bolangir. It says the social audit was initiated with the help of some trained volunteers hailing from different districts of Orissa and also by mobilizing the local youth of Bijepur Gram Panchayat. During the process volunteers undertook household survey of all the villages of the Panchayat. The main objective behind the survey was to verify the functioning of NREGA at the same time create awareness among the villagers/ beneficiaries.
