- Abstract
- Saucer type ceramic lamp. Bowl shape with the rim folded over on one side to form the wick hole. Raised center cone (oil hole) connected to the rim with a horizontal handle. Small foot. Clay is quite thin and the lamp appears well shaped. Traces of a blue-turquoise glaze on the interior with flecks on the exterior indicating it was glazed on both sides. Possible wick hole between center cone and spout. No trace of use (burn pattern) near spout. Slightly larger than other Day Collection lamps (save D37).
