The goal of the project is to identify demographic, health, and social factors that may be aiding or impeding completion of the HCV cascade of care, a standard treatment protocol which includes antibody testing, RNA testing, liver function testing, and treatment with direct-acting antivirals (DAAs), with the eventual goal of achieving sustained virologic response (SVR), which indicates that the infection has been cleared. In doing so, we hope to contribute to ongoing efforts to improve the accessibility of Hepatitis C treatment for vulnerable patient populations in Rhode Island and to support future research and quality improvement projects.</mods:abstract><mods:name><mods:namePart>Rosenberg, Mark BA</mods:namePart><mods:role><mods:roleTerm authority="marcrelator" authorityURI="http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators" valueURI="http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut">Author</mods:roleTerm></mods:role></mods:name><mods:name><mods:namePart>Harvey, Leah MD MPH</mods:namePart><mods:role><mods:roleTerm authority="marcrelator" authorityURI="http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators" valueURI="http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/aut">Author</mods:roleTerm></mods:role></mods:name><mods:name type="corporate"><mods:namePart>Brown University.
