Abstract:: In this essay, adapted from a lecture he delivered to the Humanities Forum of Providence College on 30 September 2021, the Luso-American poet, memoirist, and translator Scott Edward Anderson talks about his book, Dwelling: an ecopoem, his engagement with the work of Martin Heidegger, phenomenology, ecopoetry, and, ultimately, the concept of home.; Neste ensaio, adaptada de uma palestra que proferiu no Fórum de Humanidades do Colégio de Providence a 30 de setembro de 2021, o poeta luso-americano, memoirista e tradutor Scott Edward Anderson fala sobre o seu livro, Dwelling: an ecopoem, o seu envolvimento com a obra de Martin Heidegger, fenomenologia, ecopoesia e, em última análise, o conceito de lar.
