A2025-025 Alan is Liverpool born of Guyanese and Irish heritage, as a Rastafarian he is also known as Daniel or Danny dread. As a teenager he was involved in Crasher sound system as ‘Cultural Toaster’ also known as a MC. This developed his passion for reggae music which has been an important part of his life. Alan was a Dancer in Delado which enabled him to feel a personal connection to West-Africa.
