This repository contains the computer code required to reproduce the analyses and manuscript for the following publication: Gantenberg JR, McConeghy KW, Howe CJ, Steingrimsson J, van Aalst R, Chit A, and Zullo AR. Predicting Seasonal Influenza Hospitalizations Using an Ensemble Super Learner: A Simulation Study. American Journal of Epidemiology (in press).
