The collection houses digitized film and video of Brown's men's and women's crew and sailing races. The earliest films date to the late 1930's, with the bulk of the films being from the 1950's to the early 1970's. Several retrospectives on the men's and women's crew teams are located in the Brown Athletics Specials and Retrospectives collection.
