- The article discusses the international conflict between China and U.S. over maritime dispute of international waters. Topics include the presence of tension following China's creation of Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ) over the East China Sea, the deployment of military forces in the Philippines and organized a military exercise in Vietnam, and expansion China's naval and maritime law enforcement (MLE) in South China Sea.
