- The article looks at the aspects of peace journalism and the role of the U.S. in resolving global conflicts. Topics discussed include the roles of negative and positive peace, the hypotheses about the dualism-manicheism-armageddon (DMA) and chosenness-glory-trauma (CGT) archetypes, the decline of the U.S. empire, the country's foreign policy towards other countries such as Russia and China.
