The Conflict Resolution Field: Refections on Multiple Realities, Challenges, and Geographical Divides

Abstract:
An essay is presented on conflict resolution (CR). Topics include the application of conflict resolution in multiple geographies in the Europe and the U.S. practices, the important contribution of CR on integrative bargaining, problem-solving workshops and conflict assessment, and the challenges on conducting analysis of conflict resolution in intercultural communication. Information regarding the conflict resolution's advances with respect to interfaith dialogue and terrorism, is presented.
