Abstract:
An interview is presented with Carnegie Endowment for International Peace distinguished fellow, syndicated columnist and author Moisés Naím is presented. Topics discussed include an exploration of the decay of global political power in the book "The End of Power," the erosion of power found in all human undertakings, ways in which democracies can adapt to the global decay of power, and the outlook for world leaders who maintain a centralized or authoritarian power.
