"War on Drugs": How Will Domestic Legalization Affect International Conflict?

Abstract:
An interview with author and professor Paul Finkelman is presented. Topics discussed include the implication of drug domestic legalization for international conflict in the U.S, the link of drug laws and regulation for U.S. foreign relations, and the possible benefits of decriminalization of drugs for the country.
