- Abstract:
- The article discusses the increasing risk of forced labor and slavery in the supply chains in the era of globalization. According to the International Labour Organization, at least 21 million people are victims of illegal profits and forced labor. The efforts of the nongovernmental organizations and the social audit industry to address illegal practices through the concept of corporate social responsibility are also emphasized.
